Richard has seven years of experience in the payment processing industry.   Before coming to “All About Ministries”, Richard was with the Royal Bank of Scotland.  One of his main responsibilities with RBS was overseeing their partner program with the Kansas Dental Association.  Prior to working in payment processing, Richard was employed by Young  Life Youth Ministries in Colorado Springs, Colorado as their Director of Retail.  Richard has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.  When he is not working, he enjoys time with his wife Jill, and their two daughters, Ella and Audrey.
